Order Cancellations
Before Shipping:
Customers may cancel their order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service team via email or phone. A full refund will be issued for eligible cancellations.After Shipping:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return under our Return Policy.Solista reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unavailability of stock or payment issues. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for products that are damaged during delivery.
To request a refund for damaged goods, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:
Photographs of the damaged product.
Images of the original packaging showing any visible damage.
Refund requests will be evaluated, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items:
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
Customized or special-order items.
