At Solista, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations and refunds.

Order Cancellations
  • Before Shipping:
    Customers may cancel their order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service team via email or phone. A full refund will be issued for eligible cancellations.

  • After Shipping:
    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return under our Return Policy.

  • Solista reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unavailability of stock or payment issues. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy
  • Refunds are issued only for products that are damaged during delivery.

  • To request a refund for damaged goods, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:

    • Photographs of the damaged product.

    • Images of the original packaging showing any visible damage.

  • Refund requests will be evaluated, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

    • Customized or special-order items.
